848 & 696's in recent'ish pop video, singers called Lottie Pixie or something like that, the musics not really my cup of tea but fun to see the bikes.

Not Ducati, singer called PINK, rides a Triumph Scrambler in pop vid

Film, check out the beggining of Blade 2, two Ducati sports get trashed, quite a laugh, well filmed.

Steven Segal rides a Monnie for a bit in a film of his.......... Exit wounds I believe. Its at the bit just after the car chase when Jill Hennessey dies in her Range Rover.

Regarding that David Essex film and the Barton Bike used as the Silver Dream Machine strange as it may seem and this is not a wind up and I have plagiarized this piece from another site because it says it all but back in america in 1983, an enterprising young Motorcycle Racer and engineer for Harley Davidson- named Erik Buell, bought the rights, parts, and all the related equipment associated with production from the company, and brought the whole deal to america.

Erik then rebuilt and redesigned the bike top to bottom to make it reliable and FAST ! The Bike model was Renamed the RW750, the RW standing for Road Warrior as Erik Buell was a huge Mad Max fan, and Erik was going to race and sell these RW750's in america. But unfortunately as fate would have it, the 750cc Formula 1 class was dissolved just after Erik was putting the bike into production, and only TWO of the RW750's were ever produced. But the good news was, 1983 was the year that Erik founded the "Buell Motorcycle Co." and the rest as they say was history !

So I suppose technically speaking the Buel is a British Bike!!!!!!!!!!:twak:

Here is a picture of the Erik Buel 750cc, two-stroke, "square-four," rotary-valve "Silver Dream Machine" look alike http://www.motorcyclespecs.co.za/Gallery/Buell%20RW%20750-02.jpg
