Oh yes that is particularly nice. I can remember the era with Graham Hill and had a book of racecars with that typical F1 design.

Chevvy engine. Good thing or bad thing ?? No doubt it sound splendiforous through open pipes :D

I know what you mean: muscle car and F1 aren't quite the same thing.

At least it's got an Ally block, not the 5.7 litre turbo diesel they suggest for bolting into Land Rovers! :biggrin:

What's the chances of making one street legal [Or legalish at least]? :mand::mand:

Seems it is considered to be one of the best production engines in the world right now. So, with a few modifications it is probably awesome.

Theres a few Youtube postings showing the car on the track.

The car is shown over and understeering a bit and eventually passing a Caterham coming off a turn.

When the guy got back he found that something had restricted the throttle opening past 40% :eyepopping: and said it was unlikely he would have managed more than one turn without coming off the track if he had had full use of the power available.
