If I didn't have the monster and could afford it, a Sport Classic would be the bike for me.

I thought some of the recipes were a bit uninspiring but the shots of the bikes were good.

I love that sport classic but my old bones & gut are probably unsuited to the riding position.

Yep, i watched the programme as well, they are quite entertaining sometimes.
My mate had a test ride on the classic and found the riding position a bit awkward, he said the seat was too wide, which made it hard work when coming to a standstill, it also felt a bit top-heavy but otherwise he liked it.

I saw this briefly, airtime for a sport 1000s which is probably rarer than the desmosedici in this country.
And your mate is right BluprintZ, the seat is high and wide and there are numerous other little issues, but, I wouldn't swap mine for anything I can think of,even a desmo.

I like that riding position , im glued to my kat tank lol.. and has clip ons must be a similar kind of ride position kind of half lying down half bunched up. But put a ruck sack on and try and ride forget it!!
Friends say it looks like riding an instrument of torture! Is sure different from the Monster position!

Sport Classic is a real looker and riding cafe racer style is not an issue for me.
But if your a tall leggy chap then I can imagine ouch!!

Has the swoon factor for me anyday!

I am just watching the Transylvania Hairy bikers episode.
I must go there they sell big pants... lol.. and lots of paprika ..yum yum... all good stuff.

They remind me a bit of Mark and Lard who used to be on Radio 1 .. if you just listen to them don't know why lol the banter I guess.

Giler I have a set of clip on's sitting here for the monster... may have to be done in the summer!!
I like clip on's and don't seem to get the wrist ache some do plus monster look fab with clip on's!
