Anyone used these:

The prices seem a little mad to me! I was searching for a longer side stand but only found a shorter one! Bugger!

That's a great price for the triple clamp but it's for installing SBK 53mm forks. Amyone know what else is necessary to do that? Presumably the bottom yoke has to be replaced too? And what happesn about steerig stem length and bearings? I would love to replace top yoke/triple clamp...

You need to shim the bottom yoke.

Thanks Capo - where can you get the right shims from mate? Hope you don't mind me asking as I might not go down this route having had previous advice on the forum that getting existing forks set up right i best way to go...but that is a very good price for lovely looking top yoke and I am keeping project options open.:o

I think you can get them from either Moto Wheels or Yoyodyne, but most folks make them.

These came with a DP Ohlins kit. I was surprised that as it also came with a magnesium bottom yoke why they just didnt bore it the right size. Incidently I have the top 53mm std top yoke that came with the kit for sale
