Does anybody know where I can get Titanium Rear Axle Nuts. (M17 x 1.5mm)

Yep.I've checked the sizes and seems not to go up to that size. I'll ask a couple of mates in Italy and I send this people a mail as I'm sure I've seen some large nuts at their stand at the EICMA. Give me a couple of days and I'll let you know.

Sorry one and all, it would appear that when I used the Vernier to measure the shaft, it wasn't set to zero, turns out it's a bog standard M16, albeit a fine thread.

I'll get me coat :twak:

Managed to locate a couple of Stainless Nuts of eBay, they're originaly listed as for a Moto Guzzi 1000 and the come with a washer rather than a Flanged Nut.

I also located a place in the USA that had Titanium Flanged Nuts for approx £33 a pair (inc p+p) here: Titanium Nuts (http://www.racebolts.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=623_656_658&products_id=327)
