So, now life is slowly starting to settle down I'm turning my attention to the new purchase, amongst other things on my to do list is taking full advantage of the front and rear ohlins on the S4Rs...

The world of motorbike suspension adjustment is totally new to me, remember having the odd conversation with people at the last weekender but didn't take much in... apart from spending time to get the suspension set up right can make a huge difference to a bike.

I've searched through the forums and found this thread:

http://www.ukmonster.co.uk/monster/showthread.php?t=20708

Where Kato gives, from my view, a pretty comprehensive break down of what needs to be done.

Has anyone any extra advice to add, or should I just crack on with a c spanner and notes and try it for myself??

Unless Logyk has played with it the spring is set for riding 2 up according to my dealer.
Helps if you have a friend to help with the measuring and heaveing the bike about.
It takes time but well worth it
