This auction item is for the side pannier holders only as I looked at it a few weeks ago. They are not that cheap (if you order them from Hein Gericke direct you can get them for the same price) They are Givi products and you can fit the holders with or without the need to have a top box and top box mounting plate fitted (there is an adaptor kit for this)
All of the relevant info is on the Givi website in English. Hope this hepls :D
