I was a bit curious with the fancy clocks, I was thing of one like the above or something similar. Someone recommended this :

The guy can also swap the cable for free to convert it from a mechanical to digital signal but I'm still not sure if I can be bothered with the hassle. Also what would happen with the Imob?
Any help? What do you guys/gals think?

The immobiliser will kick in and you won't be able to start the engine. You would need a 3rd party ECU like the FIM (no longer in production) or similar (big bucks).

The ones I posted? Yes as far as I know but you need to tell the guy to give you the conversion cable to convert the mechanical into a digital signal. I think it's because you move from analogue to digital? :look:

Yep, you just have to wire up a magnetic pickup to one of your wheels or fit a mechanical converter, check out the online-shop/accessories section on their website

try http://www.moorespeedracing.com/supplier.php?group=203, they do all sorts of stuff,
i swapped the instruments on my 600, but found that the wires were a pain to conceal etc afterwards, probably easier if you have a fairing to hide them behind though?

This would be my choice:

Tacho needs to be manual. Rest can be whatever.
I'll be sticking a Translogic dash on my project bike, not exactly cheap though.

For those prices I'd rather have the Translogic :D
Anyway I'm keeping the standard clocks because I can't be bothered with all the hassle of the ECU and everything. Also it's a lot of unnecessary £££ which I don't have :chuckle: Would make a cool mod though!
