Kent Christmas Curry night

We have talked about Chistmas curry night, i know its early but we will need to book up soon.
It looks like the best dates would be Friday 18th or Sat 19th of December, please post up your thoughts/best night etc then we can sort out numbers and book up.
There is a good curry house called Green Spice in Darenth, just outside Dartford. If anybody else would like to suggest an alternative feel free to post up.

Lets get it sorted by next friday so i can book the table, hope thats ok ?

I think a collegue used to eat there quite often untill he moved and thought highly of it.

It was s good night, my thanks to Alan C and the others for squeezing me (no easy task) into their car for a lift to the station.

I don't think I've been too badly influenced by sitting next to JP all night but only time will tell.

We thoroughly enjoyed the evening . Great food and service and fantastic company. So many funny people in Kent section you never know who to sit next to. I was lucky enough to sit next to Shuffy who's hilarious. Some cracking tales of sex pistol gigs with safety pins on elastic bands :biggrin::biggrin:

Well done to AlanC for becoming the New Kent Rep. :biggrin: and many thanks to Martin( uksurfer ) for the gifts which I handed out to Kenties. They were appreciated and most have gone.
Also thanks to Sarah ( ladybird) for the biscuit xmas decorations

Was pleased to announce that we made £180 towards the club funds last night for the sale of the calendar. Please forward me the pic on a email who took it please.

Hats went down a storm so production is imminent.

Donna and I had a nice time last night. Good food, good company what more could you ask for ! Hope everyone has a great christmas without too many hangovers ! JP had better stay away from the sprouts by the sound of things !

Well what an absoloutely top night!! Really good to see everybody despite the weather, a great night of banter and fun topped off with a 'floater' (PM me for an explanation!). Well done to Alan for being voted and officially crowned new Kent Rep. Obviously the teas are on you at the cafe from now on Al.

Anyway a quick list of thanks (in no particular order):

1. Alan for organising, top job mate as ever
2. Alan's other half Wendy for driving us home (despite the smell - sorry, hopefully the stains will come out of the upholstery)
3. Ladybird for the superb Christmas cookies
4. Scrapps for the excellent hat proptypes
5. Santa Albie and his bulging sacks(!) and Christmas Elf Martin for providing the goodies
6. Everyone who came and made it such a superb night
