I would start with swapping the battery over, or putting that one on charge overnight.
Is there any chance that the parking light could have been left on? It's easy to do and left long enough will totally flatten the battery. If the battery is flat then you may need to put a car charger on it to get a little charge in it, then charge it fully with an Optimate.
