Quick question: My Monster has High Level Termis and the left hand side (gear leaver side) link pipe is touching the swing arm, is that normal/ok?

No it isn't - maybe the fit needs adjusting or you are missing some spacers?

There is a spacer kit included but sometime when sold old these get lost. Use big washers to adjust small adjustments or it could be top mount pulling it inwards.

I've just had a proper look (instead of just feeling for the gap) and it's not touching, there is a gap of about 3/4 mm. Is that ok? It's still not as much as the other side

No thats fine. 1mm and I would maybe check out if could open the gap. Ducati and termis are awful fitment. Always different left to right even my new ones are.

Tried to measure it properly but it's a bit difficult in the dark :chuckle: I think it's about 3/4mm and the other side is about an inch!

bounce on it and listen for knocking. check if there's any damage or marks on the pipe or swing arm

The bike is parked close to the wall so it's a bit hard to see at the moment but when I checked there were no marks on the swing arm or the chain adjustment sticker, I'll try the bounce thing tomorrow
