There's an NABD ride out from the Leonard Cheshire home at East Carleton near Mulbarton, on Sunday 27th. Meeting at 10 and leaving at 11 to go to the Swan at Great Yarmouth and then on around the coast to Hunstanton. It's a moveable feast apparantly so people can ride as far as they feel comfy with.
