Connection, the prongs that touch the rear of the bulb?

Bulb, drive light blown?

Loose wire going to drive light?

Check the above.

the bulb is the cheaper option, if changing the bulb make no difference then it may be the bulb housing.
mine got loose and gave me intermittent brake/tail lights.
i tried replacing the bulb with no change to the operation.
swapped for a nice LED tail light, no problems since.

isn't it a dual filament bulb?
sounds like 1 filament blown.

This used to happen to my 620 quite often. In my case it was always the prongs.

Dirty contacts, (Not the telephone box ones) i had loads of drama with bulbs blowing so i switched to one of Scottys rear led light units, and the only problem i get now is the old wiring and contact problems. (Rare)
