Does anyone know if the a Monster 695 paddock stand will fit the 696?

No reason why not as its dual swingarm still. Unless maybe you use bobbins

I agree, not reason why any universal stand with cups rather than hooks for bibbins will do the job.

I still don't understand why manufacturers produce swingarems without threads to fit bobbins though. It's a much better system and can't add that much additional cost to production.
