I need some help tracking down a campsite in the Suffolk or Mid/North Essex area

My old club (Lynx mcc) organisies a twinning every year with Licorne mcc from Normandy. We thought we had a site sussed for May 2010 but it's gone pear shaped. If anyone has used a good motorcycle friendly site, please could you let me have details ASAP.

We want space for about 30 tents, plus a 20 foot square marquee for cooking/serving evening meals. Site also needs good WC & shower facilites, washroom, and power hookup for marquee lights etc. The club needs to secure a booking before the end of camping season, as many sites shut & won't re-open until March.

Thanks

Gary

Yes we have held Bike events before, one of the private roads is a little ruff but i get down it fine on my monster.
The managment do think about the pros and cons though as we do have people living on site and they do not want bikers racing up and down the private roads.
but there is a well stocked shop (which i work in)
bar, entertainments, outside pool (only open in the summer), fishing lakes, restaurant, driving range, golf course and is right on the beach.

There's also Long Farm near Woodbridge (near Ipswich) - stayed there the other week and the site is huge - well worth a phone call - I'm sure they'd think of hosting a bunch of bikers!

The site is enromous too...Worth giving them a call
