Funny you should mention that.. It's not a new idea though. I wouldn't endorse anyone doing that kind of thing although it does work ;)

Oh the string just undoes a little latch that lets the plate spring up. Clearly you could only use such a system in emergencies when perhaps the safety of the public might be at risk

Trouble is, over here you'd get done for the wrong sized plate, because I doubt it would work with our lardy things. I could think of a few people who could do with one though:look::look:
