So as I was just saying to wulfie and I'm not sure what to do, weirdly my 620 has stripes on front wheel cover, front fairing, and seat cowl but not the tank. I think I like the stripes so would like to get them added on the tank, though I'm tempted to loose it from wheel.

How do I do it, or where can I get it done professionally? Anyone know somewhere in London?

I could just take them off, I cant decide... not sure if thats an easy job either or it'll leave a right old dogs dinner mess behind?

Hrrrrmm.....?

I like stripes (particularly asymmetric) so it's unfortunate that the new Monsters centre tank strip dictate a central stripe.

Keep the stripe!

What's the colour scheme?

Halfords can mix you a stripy paint. They do two thicknesses, one for the middle wide stripe and the other one for the thinner ones.

Its blue, see pic below... not sure if it can have an assymetrical stripe with this model - 02/03, though if I can I definitely might go for that instead, and get it off the wheel guard.

Capo can I ask how much they charged you? And do you have a photo?

Paivi, thanks for that but I deffo wont be painting it myself!

Waaa thats nice of you!! I think I'd need someone to stick it for me.... though I'm tempted by the above ideas of getting it all redone assymetrical....

I would not know how much they would charge you.
Had a number of items done on CF which took a lot of time and was hence expensive. If your looking for top quality, this is the place.

Stuart that tank looks awesome, like they say, you only get what you pay for and boy you really must have paid big bucks for that piece of art work.
Outstanding!!

Is that in between the tartan paint and the left handed screwdrivers? :D

Shhh... I'm counting on a good laugh when the OP goes to Halfords to ask for it...

"This is a customer anouncement...... could Mike Hunt please come to customer services.......has anyone seen Mike Hunt ? customer waiting "
