Hi all, I will be meeting LoughtonLion at the High Beach tea house at 10.30am this Sunday 26th of July, wondering who would like to join us for an Essex run?

I can meet other Londoners near the North Circular or Ace.

As you come through Epping Forest on the A104 you'll see a pub called The Robin Hood on a roundabout. Take the High Beach exit and there's a car park 100 metres on the left. It'll be full of bikes if the weathers good. I'll be on a red Daytona 650 (the Monster's gone).

Fast route back home down the M11 or bring your own map to guide you back to London!

Planning a twisty route from Epping Forest roughly following the A10 to the Silver Ball for a coffee stop, then hopefully onto the Comfort Cafe http://www.comfortcafe.co.uk/ for lunch. Fast route back home down the M11 or bring your own map to guide you back to London!
