I can seem to find anywhere that sells them anymore, lots of sites still list them but when I phone up they can’t actually source them anymore.

Does anyone please know of somewhere for certain that sells them, or does anyone have a pair in as-new condition they want to sell?

They’re to go on a 2004/5 620 but presume they’re the same for most of the models of that age.

Thanks.

LOL...I think I've finished now after 3 years of carbonizing my baby - I've resisted the tank and a few select (and expensive) pieces

The carbon headlamp brackets were actually justified as they stopped my "eagle indicators" earthing through the headlight and giving me permanent hazard lights

supertjeduc's link looks like a good one (not the same one as I bought but pretty much) here's a "Buy now" Ebay Italy link so you can see what they're worth:

Thought about going out with a Carbon Babe but I guess that would be classified as "Carbon dating"......groan :banghead:

I happened across a picture of your bike in the Gallery when I was looking for a picture of something (can’t remember what it was now) and your bike looks great – especially with the carbon Termi sleeves hey!!

I’m a bit of an eBay novice, would prefer to buy from the UK, I had a look on the UK eBay site but unfortunately there aren’t any available.

Ebay is the same the world over - there are honest people and there are crooks. I prefer UK ebay (even though I live in France) but have still managed to come across the odd crook or two and now check out most European (and occasionally US) sites to cross reference prices etc.

Before you commit to buying anything check out the seller's feedback and especially check out any negative comments. I've never had a problem with German companies, Italian purchases seem to take an age to get here and can be a bit pricey. It's an interesting comaprison, type in "Ducati Monster" in the search on ebay UK, DE and IT and take a look at how many items it finds and then you'll see where the biggest market for parts is :spin:

I would recommend German companies - quality is usually really good and prices are fair - if you wait for a UK seller it may be a long while before you get the part and then it might cost you more than you wanted :worried:

...all only IMHO of course

P.S. Can't think why you like the Termi Carbon sleeves ;)

The Italian eBay brackets are on for €65 which is about £56, there were some available at one point on a UK shop site for about £35 brand new which is about right I think for a couple of carbon brackets.

So I will continue looking.

PS….. Cant think why, they just look familiar?!

I have a set, never fitted, suitable only for Monsters without the fairing (hence them not being fitted).
In the post for £35

Thanks, any chance of a photo please.

Why are they not suitable for Monsters with fairings??

PM me an e-mail and I'll send you a pic.
These brackets do not have the hole to mount the fairing, and there isn't sufficient 'meat' to add one.

Thanks Capo, PM sent.

May be yours are for a different model, as my headlight-faring slots into two rubber bungs which are screwed to the insides of the brackets and into the indicator stalks. They're then held in place by two bolts further up.)

The ones on the Italian e-bay site above are an identical shape to my current alloy ones and exactly what I'm looking for.

Back to the drawing board.

Unfortunately, like Capo mentioned, his do not have the holes or even the material to drill the holes in for the indicators/faring screws. They must be for bikes with aftermarket indicators and no faring.

The ones on the Italian eBay site would be perfect, but just too much money for me.

So if anyone else comes across any or has any for sale please let me know.

Thanks, Mark
