I have my non-std springs removed and according to this:

http://www.vfrdiscussion.com/forum/lofiversion/index.php/t28721.html

I have springs around .60 kg/mm (unless my calcs are way off), a bit soft no? i want them for road only.

what are the std s4 springs? i will continue to search the net, but so far no luck......

thanks

I've always found around 0.8kg to be good for road use, 0.85 - 0.9 for track use.

thanks, yep that's about what i would go for, trouble is i need to know the std S4 rate, i understand that they are on the stiff side.....

i also find it hard to believe that the spring i have in there is .60 !!
