'95 600 fork oil

I know this sort of thing has been discussed "ad infinitum" but... what is the fork oil capacity for a '95 600? I don't have a manual to look it up, and the forks are just bog standard. I've already read a few posts on here,but none of them seem to give a "definite" answer!

390mm 7.5 thickness of oil too

Is that mm's or ml's ?

380cc of oil but I found that when I did my forks that it is better to go by the height 90mm. when measured from the top of the tube with the fork spring removed and leg fully compressed. as per haynes
