Carbon Headlamp Brackets

I am looking for the brackets to fit the "typical" front fairing (it is made in carbon) used in the s2r or s4r (the one with two holes on the top) to a M600 dark. will it work? in daytona motorcycle want to make me £100 poorer for this item
