First one for 2009 is this Thursday 7th of May.

Goody is arranging a meet from Bristol, but it would be good to see a few monsters for the first one. Even if you can't make it pass on the info.

Safe riding Pel.

200 bikes were counted in.. I was glad I ducked into the tent at 20:30. One minute it was OKish and then wooshh.

Bike of night was a ariel square 4, hard choice, a couple of dukes were looking likely, the organiser favouring a desmo. But manged to steer him away from that as they are a little common.

Last few bikes who turned up came from wales and road over the bridge into the weather, came to weston and then rode back into it. SO big cheers to those who made it.

• Thursday 18tH June (Themed Night - European Power)

For info, the bikes participating in the themed event will be directed to the hard standing by the Tropicana.

It would be great for someone to take charge and arrange a meet up and for all to come in together (Shaun are you reading this).

So come on lets see loads of Ducatis coming down the road making a bit of noise!!!

Next bike night Thursday 18th June is the monthly themed night - This months is European Power.

For all those with anything made in Europe then its the night to show off. So advanced warning.

There is a meet being arranged for a mass ride in from Morrisions just off Junction 21 for W-s-M, They are looking to be there for 18:30 with ride to the Sea Front leaving at 18:45. Info is already being posted on thread for Ducatisti.co.uk. It would be great to see a mass of all forms of Dukes rolling up.

Below is taken from Ducati's Website.
****************************
The Ducati Roadshow will be rolling into a town near you this summer as the Italian manufacturer brings its event truck and demonstration fleet to a host of events and bike meetings.
The demonstrator fleet showcases the 2009 range including the legendary Monster, the stunning 1198, the cornering gem that is the 848, the gloriously fun packed Hypermotard as well as the versatile Multistrada and the classic designed GT1000.

The latest addition to the test fleet is the new Streetfighter ‘S’ version boasting 155hp and 85lb-ft of torque harnessed by Ducati Traction Control and Ohlins suspension.

To take a test ride at any of these events, riders must have a valid motorcycle licence (both parts required) and appropriate clothing and safety gear. Local dealership staff will be on hand to give expert technical and service advice and trained riders will there to guide all test rides.

Hello everyone. So I am back from my fun in the sun, and slowly getting back into the rigmarole of normal life again.

I gather you all had some nice weather whilst I have been away, and so I hope you have all been waving the Ducati banner and flag high for all to see.

As I am sure Pel has told you its the final Weston Bike Night for this year tonight, and as the sun stills seems to be shining upon us all I thought it would be good to make one last showing for the local Ducati owners and make a good turn out for the night.

So for those that would be interested i am suggesting a meeting at the Petrol station just around the corner from 'Fowlers' - Bristol - (along York Road) at 18:00 hrs this evening. From there we can take a nice ride along the A370 all the way to weston, stop off at Morrisons car park (around 18:45) to pick up the last few, and then ride into the show.

So please feel free to drop me a quick line to let me know if you are planning on coming along or simply call or text.

Hope to see you this evening.
