696 - renthal bars / risers ?

We're thinking of fitting renthal bars and/or risers to the 696 (might be beneficial for me to shorten the reach a little bit, especially before touring).

The 'better half' thinks the cabling looks as though it might be a bit 'tight' :scratch:

I've ordered a set of risers for mine, i got stainless drag-bars a month or so back.
I've got a set of risers for sale on the for sale thread, for bikes with "fat" bars, i ordered the wrong ones, oops!
