Weird Cutting out & juddery problem

Right went for a ride out today on the duke. (p reg m750). I cut out on me couple of times, whilst slowing down to a stop (traffic lights or a roundabout) starts straight back up after.
also when i got to speed up say from 40 it sort of judders/hesitates then it picks up and zooms on up the road.

I did a plug change just after i bought the bike a few weeks ago and it looks like it is running abit rich.

I ahve got a stupid restrictor kit on (i'm only 19), wheather that will make a huge difference to the mixture i dont know.


Any ideas anyone??????? other than those porblems the bieks a kool runner.

I got my First bike 4 weeks ago....another P plate M750....
I have the same problem if the air temp is below 5 degrees or if there is a lot of moisture in the air.
The guys on he said to try these...It does make a differance....
