Repainted engine cases - all done with about £15 worth of Smoothrite

http://i611.photobucket.com/albums/tt192/UKMOC/Pedro/DSC00394.jpg

Ally swingarm fitted with integral Scottoiler - pipe routed though the arm and mounted on a fabricated sharksfin to the rearsprocket

http://i611.photobucket.com/albums/tt192/UKMOC/Pedro/DSC00396.jpg

New exhaust - Sil Motor spaghetti system feeding my DP Titanium cans (quite loud..!)
http://i611.photobucket.com/albums/tt192/UKMOC/Pedro/DSC00399.jpg
Which nicely fouled the stock rearbrake mastercylinder so now a Cycle Cat remote system does the job
http://i611.photobucket.com/albums/tt192/UKMOC/Pedro/DSC00395.jpg

And some freshly powder coated wheels to finish it off

Who did the wheels Ped?

Company down in Southampton - Trestan Finishers - 02380 433081

They charged me £120 for 4 wheels, 2 footrest hangers and a set of belt covers off Jules bike. All parts grit blasted, cleaned and powder coated! Bargain!

Used them a lot and everything has come back absolutely perfect

Lovely looking bike Ped.

Did you take the engine covers off to paint them? Did you consider sending them to Trestan too?

Not yet, in the next week or two I think

Yes mate, best mirrors I've found so far - Rizoma

Like the black engine covers - smoothrite?

Yep, sprayed in my DIY spray booth (large cardboard box on top of my wheelie bin with a vacuum to draw the excess away!)

Lovely looking bike Ped.

Yes Anne, took the cases off. In hindsight I think I would let Trestan do them if I were doing it again

Nice bike it looks in great condition, those rearsets are lovely too. I was looking at buying similar rear set for my bike last year, but they went for a lot on ebay.

Only issue I've had is the starter sprag lunched itself (needed a new battery) and was horribly noisy until replaced, other than that it's been spot on.
