I have a Sport Classic and I want to replace the front brake calipers. As these bikes have spoked rims it is a massive pain in the arse getting the calipers to clear the spokes, and as I don't fancy grinding material off of the calipers I just paid a large amount of cash for, I was wondering if anyone in the Sussex/Hampshire area had a set of wheels spare I could test fit in the bike to check before I spend another load of cash on some rims.
I live in Chichester but work in Portsmouth so I can to anywhere reasonably close to Portsmouth on a weekday. It's not a worry if the wheels are fitted to the bike as I can take measurements to check. Also it would help if they are 17/3.5 and 17/5.5 but I'm not sure how much the wheel sizes vary on the Monster as if the spindle size matches etc... then it will help.
