No idea what the part is called, its on the handle bar and covers the ends of the 2 cables, tightens the throttle to the handle bar
After lubing the cable i tightened it up with an allen key, snap, pulled the top bolts out and i'd cleanly pulled all the thread of the body :cool:

A Throttle cable body housing ( i think ) been on flea bay and found a 750SS throttle, are they the same as m900 yr 2000 7/8 push and pull

If you can't find a cheap one or the correct one, you could get a Helicoil fitted to your existing one... That way you won't be able to strip the thread ever again! :rolleyes:

Either buy a kit and do it yourself, or any decent bike shop should be able to do it for you...
