Just been quoted £97 for a 180/ 55 zr17 pirelli diablo corsa fitted to a loose wheel. Is that about right?

Sounds good to me - I paid £150 to have a michelin pilot fitted to mine, that was back on the bike and running + tyre disposal.

I used them last year but then they fitted the tyres to the bike (because I didn't have a 47mm socket for the wheelnut back then) & was very impressed by their care and approach.

I wish I had a decent tyre place local to me!

That sounds like a pretty good price to me. I usually pay around the £200 for a pair.

I normally use Loose Wheels in Colchester but apparently they are closing down soon. Shame as they are very helpful.

My tyres will need changing in the near future so I will have to find somewhere else......
