Big thumbs up to Riders in Bristol;

Took my S4RS in to have the fuelling changed - apparently you can't remap a race ECU? Anyway, got a Hypermotard loaner which has been lots of fun and then got a call to say that they were sorting out the starter which I thought was just down to the over fuelling but it turns out there is a tolerance problem with the Hall effect sensor (I looked it up and lost the will to live within a few seconds) which they have dealt with. Also the bracket on my seat cowl had broken (again no issues with replacing it under warranty).

I know they probably make a lot of money but compared to car garages they've been fantastic.

Agreed - took mine there for a big service and they kept finding little things wrong and replacing them for hardly anything/free. Even collected the bike in a van cos it was snowing. Like you say - it's pretty dear but the service and extra effort is incredible. Top company.
