squeekyback brake

Hi

just had new pads fitted on rear brake and its making a very orribl squeeky noise when I first apply the brake, once I ease off and re apply th enoice goies away. I did give the bike a really good clean post service as I had a lot of crud on the bike from a country run, could this be due to Muk off getting on the brake disc???

Had the same problem with my m900 a while back, after fitting new pads.
I just filed a small chamfer off the edges of each pad, seems to have cured it.
!! Do wear a mask when ever you are cleaning the brakes!!
