I have a tricolore s4rs and would like to have a few carbon bits painted to match. Does anyone know someone who can be trusted with it? Local to me here in west sussex would be good but not necessary. Also, i have ordered Ducati belly pan meant to fit s4r, is it going to fit or have i just stitched myself up again? I have the full decatted termis fitted. Also, while i'm here, i want to mention that i bought DP's "comfort seat" which would unlatch itself whenever i hit a bump. My dealer then fitted a couple of washers under the seat lock mechanism and sent me out again saying all would be well. 3 miles later seat comes off again! It,s nice, don,t you think, when even your dealer plays fast and loose with your life to save themselves some bother or expense? Comfort seat buyers beware! It could make you very uncomfortable!

I fitted a sargent seat on my tricolore and have had no problems [perfect fit] but when i
tried to fit a DP short carbonfiber tea tray it was a total no no so i put the original tea
tray back. What make of bell pan have you purchased?

i had to try a few washers before getting a tight fit , some a differant gauge to others , i think the pan will not be any good to you , but let us know how you get on.

Guys,
reference belly pan for an s4rs, look on www.ridinghouse.jp and click onto ducati and then monster s4rs. On that site is a carbonfiber belly pan [under cowl] which i thought looked dam good so i purchased one and upon arrival the fit and quality were 1st class
but now i've fitted it my monster looks like a bloody streetfighter which is not the look i wanted. It's the nicest bit of carbon on the bike but i just don't know if i've over done it with the carbon.[sorry i don't know how to post a photo].:o

Not quite West Sussex but these guys are in Redhill and have done some nice work on motorcycles for us in the past. Ask for Jason.
