Hello everybody.
The booking form for the 2009 Monster Weekender is now available.
The weekender runs from Friday 1st May until Monday 4th May 2009, it is based at Arrow Mill Hotel, near Alcester, Warwickshire.
Three nights dinner, bed and breakfast accommodation will be available at the hotel, with camping also available in the grounds.
The rates are £165 per person in the hotel and £100 for camping, this also includes breakfast and evening meal.
I will need a £50 deposit from you - it's a first come, first served I'm afraid.
Please pm me for my address details of where you are to send the forms and cheques. It is all explained on the booking form.
Get booking folks, I will start a new room allocation thread to keep you all updated on availability and progress.
