Because Louise's arms are so short bless her i've been thinking of different ways to make her riding position more comfy. Bar risers are nothing new but they can be expensive so i came up with these.

2 sets (8 pieces) of pit bike clamps off ebay £18.50 inc p&p (fit the clamps back to back)
4 m6x80 cap screws off ebay £2.65 inc p&p
4 m6 nyloc nuts i already had but pence to buy

Now i did make the aluminium spacers for were the bars used to sit but you could use any piece of 22mm bar instead. I also painted them black but thats up to you.
Big plus as well is all the wires/pipes reach ok i just had to re-route the throttle cables to the inside of the bars.

You get a very good range of adjustment from the two piviot points. They are a solid as original and give a much more comfy riding position.
Happy days............

if she's short, may i suggest you get rid of the renthals . we went down the same route with risers custom cnc made (cost 40 quid) and renthals, and although there was a marked improvement, sarah (gremlin) still had trouble pulling away at "T" junctions. we realised it was the renthals giving the grief as her arms were much wider apart. we put standard bars back on with the risers and her confidence and ability increased so much it was amazing.

just a suggestion
