Silver engine paint.

I have a 7k miles 2004/5 M620 and its very good condition apart from some flaky engine paint, most of the parts are in silver and where the paint it flaking off it leaves a dark grey.

Is it possibly to purchase the silver paint, or if not any substitutes that are a good match?
