Eurotunnel tickets I sent them an email yesterday to cancel. They sent me one today apologising and to email them to cancel. I have returned with email to cancel. Will they email me to tell me that I can cancel. I wonder if I will have re email them again.

Anyone else had an email.:confused:

I mailed them on Sunday as well and got the travel mail just now.
At the end it say's,

To cancel your booked travel and request a refund, please send an email stating
your name, address and booking reference number to
mailto:sales.support@eurotunnel.com

So as I already have I'll expect a refund in due corse.

I hung on the phone for 11 minutes this morning and got a human being confirming my cancellation and refund.

Thats the one. I just added and forwarded back my original with edits. I guess will recredit my credit card ???

I also got the email it asked for my details to claim a refund or rebook at a later date.
I replied asking for a refund.:thumbsup:

just tried calling, they close at 7pm, so have emailed...



.......no reply to the email, so just called them, surprisingly got through in 3 rings :)

Due to an incident last week at Eurotunnel, we are operating a limited service
with one departure expected every two hours.

Please find below an outline of our Revised Shuttle Service.

Revised Shuttle Service Timetable.

06:00 to 20:00 (local time) from Folkestone to Calais

08:00 to 22:00 (local time) from Calais to Folkestone

Note: There will be no overnight service during this period.

Customers are requested to respect their booked departure time, within the
times of the Revised Shuttle Service Timetable. However, please be aware
extended waiting times are to be expected.

Customers with a booked departure time outside of the Revised Shuttle Service
Timetable above, should arrive between 06:00 and 20:00 from Folkestone to
Calais and between 08:00 and 22:00 from Calais to Folkestone (local time), to
avoid an over-extended waiting period.

Whilst we endeavour to resume our normal service as soon as possible, please
accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused.

To rebook your travel for an alternative date, please call our Customer Contact
Centre on 08705 35 35 35.

To cancel your booked travel and request a refund, please send an email stating
your name, address and booking reference number to sales.support@eurotunnel.com
