I've had confirmation as exhibitors we don't have to pay an entrance fee and if we put on the best display, there's £250 up for grabs.....

I plan to be there myself between 8 and 8:15 because it's literally on my doorstep and to get the gazebo up on our pitch. Entry for the the public is from 9:30.

When you arrive, go straight past the general parking area and proceed straight through to the attendant and ask to be directed to the UKMOC stand - sounds grand doesn't it.

If those interested and are planning to make an appearance, can you drop your name to this thread so I can keep my eyes open for you on Sunday.

I've added some already confirmed - some weather dependant:rolleyes:

.....the Met Office forecast today is:

UK Outlook for Saturday 27 Sep 2008 to Monday 6 Oct 2008:High pressure is still likely to be the dominant feature for the end of September and the beginning of October with a good deal of dry weather around. This isn't to say that occasional weak weather fronts won't affect parts of the country from time to time, more especially the northwest; but any that do are likely to be rather weak and produce little in the way of significant rainfall. For the majority of the time though most places will see variable amounts of cloud with some sunshine by day, and some mist and fog at night - with a threat of ground frost in the north. Temperatures by day are likely to be around average and so it may still feel quite warm in the sunshine.

A few light showers I can cope with - monsoons and rivers running through the tent (as per Stormin the Castle on the 5th!) I'd rather NOT! Although i have to admit we had a damn good Friday night!
