Hello all,

thanks to Ian it looks like we are getting the message board back up to full health. We are still missing some data and I'm trying to get a list of people that are still experiencing problems.

if are still struggling to edit your profile we can fix the problem fast but we need you to do the following:

1. Browse to your profile (under Members List)
2. Look in the url field and make a note of your user number.
Pedro for example is user number 587 (http://www.ukmonster.co.uk/monster/member.php?u=587)
3. Send an email to monster@devstars.com with ukmoc in the subject field and your user name and user number in the body.

We will fix the issue and drop you an email back and you will be able to edit your profile once more.

All the best,

Stuart

Stuart when I go to browse my profile (under members list) all I see are the headings, User, Posts and Avatar. nothing about URL or user number?

Hi Geeman,

I'd set a thread subscription on the other thread so got an email to tell me there was a new post and popped back to read it then noticed this.

As I still have the access (dunno how much longer for though), I've fixed your account for you ;)

Your profile should be working again now.

Cheers

Ian

I think he means to look in the address bar at the top of your internet explorer window

yes, you need to look at the top of the browser where you nortmally type the web address in. I've checked your number Geeman (it's 3281) and it looks all ok in the database. [just noticed Ian fixed it for you] Are you still having problems?
