Black plexiglas screen

My standard clear screen has got a scratch on it, rather than replacing with an identical clear screen is it possible to get a black screen?

Or worst case a clear screen that comes up further to give a bit better air protection.

I’ve had a quick look on t’net but can’t find anything for the Monster (620).

YES still around! Bike is going on Sunday though:) bought my screen as im 6"4 from spareshack about £20 if I remember correctly plus postage an excellent addition in my view.

Will still pop in now and then as I have had lots of help and friends on here,now mostly on a certain Porsche forum (sad)

Thanks have spoken to HPS about an MRA screen, am going to have a look at my bike tonight and decide what size and tint to go for.

I’ve had a measure up and the standard screen is about 225mm, there is a screen at 245mm and one at 285mm, it hardly seems worthwhile going for the 245mm so will go for the 285, at the end of the day its only 6cm’s taller.

Only problem now is whether to go for gloss black, i.e. opaque, or dark smoked.

I don’t think the screen is really used for looking through as it’s so low down and at an angle so it won’t matter if its opaque, it’s just down to appearances, I can’t make up my mind, what does anyone else think?

The 'smoked' is not so dark, the shadow line is kinda like welding glass. opaque for all intents and purpose

I’d had made my mind up to go for the smoked, think the opaque would look too black.

I’ve got a black lid with a black visor (although obviously its not actually opaque) so the black screen would match, I just wonder if the smoked would look a bit less in your face.

The bike’s got a few carbon bits on so the smoked would match the grey of the carbon.

Decisions decisions…….
