Just got back from a week in Southeast Ireland & as it was dry (shock!) decided to take the bike out. It turned over nicely but refused to start. Although the clock needles did the normal sweep & the idiot lights came on, I noticed the usual 'buzz' that accompanies was absent. I rang Ducati John who services my bike & he reckoned it was the fuel pump relay (the rear one of the two on the LH side of the battery) that was probably faulty. He recommended ringing Ducati Coventry as they tend to carry a decent spares stock. I ordered a couple to be on the safe side. They arrived next day & Bingo!, the bike started first prod!
So, big respec' to Ducati John & Ducati Coventry - first class service!
