Sitting here in Sussex on this soggy Sunday I've had an idea! I think I might take the monster for a ride down to San Marino to watch the GP. Does anybody know if it's possible to camp at the track or know of any good campsites in the area?
If anyone else is riding down and has any advice please let me know.
Cheers,Tim.

I have now heard that there's no campsite at the track. If any of you guys know of other campsites in the area it Would be good to hear from you, or indeed from anyone else riding down. Have booked the eurotunnel tickets so it's all systems go!!
Cheers, Tim

Hi
I have not Done the Camping Myself at San Marino,
But a few years ago i travelled down 3 years running to watch the WSB.
The nearest Campsites will be in the town of CATTOLICA which is on the coast just a few km further south than Rimini.
Cattolica is the nearest to the track.
Anywhere from Rimini to Cattolica will have plenty of accomodation as its like an Italian Southend seafront only with better weather and better women.
(So nothing like southend at all)

Enjoy the Alps on the way there, its a great playground, do not under any circumstances go through the St Gottard Tunnel, go over the top through the St Gottard pass, easy road but fun, maybe a chance for a snowball fight at the top!

Enjoy
