Can anyone offer advice on how to remove the six rubber shock absorbers from a 900m rear wheel? I have made up a puller up but it just seems to draw out the centre steel sleeve and the rest stays put.
Any ideas gratefully received.

Thanks

When you use the puller, you'll have to heat the wheel to free off the outer steel shell of the cush drive rubber.

If you've pulled the centre out, then you're gonna have to carefully cut the remains out - I used a diamond bit in a dremel to carefully grind through the outer shell

All things considered, it's a right pain in the arse
