I would have thought so, I mean a 748 fender went straight onto my S2R, so I wouldnt see why the earlier ones wouldnt go too.

If its for the bike in your avatar I'd say it will, bolt spacing is 1' 1/2 sorry 40mm however the later fork bottoms will have 70mm spacing.
