Will PCIII usb fit?

Hi I have a 749 fitted with PCIII usb.
As I might be going back to monster just wanted to know if that unit will fit a S2R1000 or S4R?

749 plugs are round, there is two of them (one to ECU and one to connect to old ECU cable) plus a third ground cable. This is as much as I can tell you right now as I am in a train and have no pictures.

Are not all pc3s different? They have different part numbers for the different bikes im sure of that

I know now it will not fit S2R or any of S4R.

For reference do not look at part number. They are all different as they all have different maps.

If the connections are the same, then it will work, as long as the correct download is installed. The different part numbers are often just the software.

As mototech says as long as the connections are the same it will work you just need to upload the correct map....someone hear is bound to have some maps if you ask..

Maybe, I bought a 998 PC for my S2R 800. The connections are the same for these 2 bikes so just the correct map needs to be loaded. Suggest you download the fitting instructions (from the american .com site) and compare.
