Does anyone know of friendly campsites in Cornwall and North Devon, we're intending to head down for a couple of weeks in August, doing a week in each area. Would prefer somewhere with showers etc but not necessarily all the other stuff like amusement areas although a pub and or shop close by would be good. We're taking the bikes on a trailer cos I couldn't manage the trip all the way down.

Thanks for input, have managed to get in at Hele Valley, Ilfracombe and Calloose in Cornwall, nicely between St Ives and Marazion. Will report on them when back.

wish I'd seen this earlier - could have given you a great bike friendly site in Welcombe - right on the Devon/Cornwall border (even has the local post office using one of the farm's barns, so shop on site too).
Have a good hol :)
