No it will not...lots of options though give a bit more detail about why you don't like it.

thanx for promt reply, i'm 6ft 3 and gettin on a bit, carpal tunnel syndrome etc etc bla bla.hands are numb after 5 minutes on bike so would like the option of normal set up for handle bars so i can have a choice to suit me. cheapest options would be best but i really need to sort it even if i have to prize my wallet open. stop press. a mate has just brought round said yoke from m600 and your correct, right dims apart from center hole is way to small on the m600 and not enough meat to widen it, Help

I have just put s4r bars on mine and tbh with you I sufffer the same syndrome. I get only get it on right wrist on s4 and 748 too. The bars wont make any differance but they are more adjustable. There is a chance changing grips may help. I got my top yolk off Singletrack ( bless her ) from an s2r and Kato supplied the bars and risers.I think you will find most post 2001 bikes have top yokes that may suit.

I have changed the top yoke and bars on my S4 for a Yoshimura kit ,nice and upright like my M750 but the S4 also needs fatter grips as my hands still get pain unlike the 750.....any suggections

Yep certainly does. Only thing is you may have to the speedo mounts to u tube. M5 long bolt or studding easy peasy dont panic you will see if you do it.
