Extra storage idea...

Rather than carrying my (heavy) disc lock in my jacket pocket, I've just fitted a small storage pouch....

The pouch is a mountain bike one from Halfords and is robust enough to carry the disc lock, sidestand pouch etc.

It doesn't look too naff.....does it?

It looks pretty good and out of the way. Have you checked if the rear hugger will hit it under heavy spring compression? Do you intend to keep it on the bike? I had a small pouch that came with my disk lock and it bleeched in the sun to a horrible grey colour and then did look tatty

What a good idea. I've been carrying my disc lock in my pocket for ages now. Makes me look even chubbier than I already am, and could do some damage if I have an "off."

A pouch hadn't even occurred to me. I might take a trip down to Halfords right now. Cheers for that.
