Hope someone can help, during an attempt to steal my monster m900 yr 2000, he broke the side panels by the seat, i've been offered a pair from m600 yr 2000, for 35 quid, are they the same size/fitting?

Are they carbon?
£35 sounds a lot for an old pair of plastic side panels. I know you would pay more for new ones, but I would hold on and wait for some cheap ones on ebay.

If you've still got the lugs that attach them to the metal you could try welding them back together. Mine had snapped but Mr G welded them using the black bit from a CD case and a soldering iron. You can barely see the join. It would tide you over till you find some decent ones.

I thought they seemed a bit pricey for plastic. Well they're of now, couple of week and i'll re-look, plastic weld or naked.
