If you have the same style headlight fairing (Post 2002 I believe?) then the man from Delmonte, he say YEAH!

that's right. I think if they're both post 2001 you're ok. I bought one of an S4 for my M900 and then found it didn't fit on my headlight due to my bike being on a w plate (2000)

The later one's mount to the headlight U-bracket, earlier one's mount on a pair of curved brackets that bolt to the top yolk, if you in doubt get the bracket as well then there is not a problem..
