M900/S4RS Forks (gold) for my S2R800???

Hi

I want to put the same type of forks you see on the M900 and S4RS on my S2R800, its purely a looks thing, I just like the look of the gold forks and wondered if this kind of mod can be done. I presume it can be with the right kind of adjustments.

If so whats the extent of the adjustments???? top and bottom.

Also does anyone know wnat kind of mods one can do with the clutch cover, my boring grey one for a start looks crap and its also got a few dings??

Just got my tail chopped by Ray at Rosso Corse and I can't speak highly enough of the guys in there, dedicated to their craft and would not let me leave until the job was 100% perfect. I will not let anyone else touch my monster from now on despite the hike from West London

you cant do anything with the clutch 'cover' its a wet clutch , kill two burd's with one stone, get a liter S2r

Changing the forks over won't be a problem - they should be a straight swap.
Not easy to get hold of cheaply though!
I put S4R forks on my 800 ( not the gold S4RS ones) they fit without any mods and are adjustable. The fork inner is gold, so it looks a little different to the standard S2R.
